These are unprecedented times. With the gaze of the entire world daily affixed to their screens and monitors, tracking the downward zigzag of the markets, it becomes less and less possible to escape the ideation of this hulking and splendid beast called globalization. New challenges and strategies for how employers, employees and global business partners interact with one another are ever being realized. To be successful in this new era, the openness and adoption of newer and better methods for how the global business community relates and unites must be made, and no other region of the globe currently presents greater challenges and possibilities to the old order of business than Asia.
